Glazed Baked Ham

  • 3 lbs. ham (low-sodium, all-natural, no sugars added)
  • 3 ounces low-sugar orange marmalade
  • 1/2 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 5 ounces orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 3 ounces diet soda (ginger ale, Fresca, 7-UP) or water
  • 1/4 teaspoons instant coffee powder
  • Pinch ground cloves
  • Pinch ground ginger
  • 4 tablespoons Diabetisweet®
  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Combine all ingredients (except the ham) in a small saucepan. Heat until all are melted and combined.
  2. Place the ham into a shallow roasting pan with 1/2 cup water. Pour 1/2 the glaze mixture over the ham. Place into the oven.
  3. Cook the ham, basting frequently with the remaining glaze. The ham is done when the internal temperature reaches 165ºF, approximately 35 minutes.
